No. RTPS Bihar Autofill is an independent browser extension. It fills forms on the
official portal, but approval, verification and issuing of every certificate remains
entirely with the RTPS authorities of the Government of Bihar.
No, and that is deliberate. The extension fills the fields; you review the filled
form, attach documents and press submit yourself on the government portal. You stay in
full control of what is finally sent.
In your browser's local storage, on your own computer. The extension does not upload
profiles to any server. If you use a different computer, export the profile to a file
and import it there.
Autofill for the Character Certificate, both Non-Creamy Layer formats (Bihar and
Central) and the EWS certificate. Residence, Caste and Income autofill remain free
either way.
Yes. One account supports a limited number of active sessions, so you can sign in from
your laptop and phone both. Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity
and can be signed out from your account page.
The extension is updated as forms on the portal evolve. If a field cannot be matched
automatically it is simply left blank for you to fill manually — nothing is ever
