1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the RTPS Bihar Autofill browser extension, creating an account on this website, or purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

RTPS Bihar Autofill is an independent software tool that copies details you have saved into fields of application forms on serviceonline.bihar.gov.in. It is a typing aid. It is not a government service, not an application submitter, and not a representative of any applicant.

3. No government affiliation

The extension and this website are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Government of Bihar, the Right to Public Services division or any government authority. All certificates are issued at the sole discretion of the competent RTPS officials.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you save and submit. Autofill writes exactly what you stored — verify spellings against official documents.
• You must review each filled form before submitting it on the portal.
• You may use the service only for lawful applications relating to yourself or, with their knowledge and consent, your family members.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We guarantee that the extension fills matching fields from your profile. We do not guarantee that any certificate will be approved, issued within a timeframe, or accepted by any authority, employer or institution. Approval depends entirely on your documents and the deciding officer.

6. Premium accounts and subscriptions

• Premium access is sold as a Monthly plan (30 days) or Yearly plan (365 days) from the date of activation.
• Access is activated after your UPI payment is verified against the reference you provide.
• One account may hold a limited number of active sessions. Sharing account credentials to provide access to other people is not permitted and may lead to revocation without refund.
• Subscriptions are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the extension working as the portal evolves, but we may need time to adapt when forms change. Features may be added, modified or withdrawn. Where a change substantially reduces what Premium covers, we will communicate it before it takes effect.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed deadlines, rejected applications or losses arising from data you saved incorrectly.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently or attempts to interfere with the operation of the service or the portal. You may stop using the extension and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bihar.
