Everything you need to know — from saving your first profile to activating Premium and fixing common portal issues.
Open the Residence, Income or Caste certificate form from the extension's free service links. Premium services like Character Certificate, NCL and EWS are available in the Additional RTPS Services section of the extension.
Fill the form once, open the extension and select Save Form. Give the profile a clear name — the person's name along with the service — so you always pick the right one.
Select a profile, choose Open & Fill, and the extension opens the service form and fills your saved information into every matching field — including dropdowns.
Photo upload, mobile number verification, OTP, captcha and final submission are always completed by you on the official RTPS/ServicePlus portal.
These issues come from the official portal itself, not from the extension. Here is how to fix them.
Open the same certificate service again from the extension's service links and continue your application from there.
Clear the cached site data for serviceonline.bihar.gov.in in your browser, reopen the service from the extension and start the application again.
Slow internet can stop dropdown options from loading in time. Open the extension's Settings, increase the Autofill Delay and run Open & Fill again.
One-time setup. Once Premium is active, clicking any premium service card in the extension opens the RTPS portal directly.
Select Character Certificate, NCL Bihar, NCL Central or EWS from the Additional RTPS Services section in the extension.
You will be taken to the RTPS Autofill website. Pick the Monthly plan at ₹49 or the Yearly plan at ₹199.
Create your account or sign in. Your plan stays linked to this account, so Premium continues to work even if you reinstall the extension.
Complete the payment using UPI, card or netbanking. Premium is activated automatically as soon as the payment is successful.
Return to the extension and click the same service card — the RTPS portal will open directly from now on.
Allow a few seconds for the autofill sequence to complete. Avoid refreshing the page or clicking elsewhere while dropdowns are being populated.
