Each service below opens the correct application page on the official Bihar RTPS portal and fills it from your saved details. Here is what each certificate is for and exactly which fields are completed automatically.
Residence Certificate
FREEनिवास प्रमाण पत्र
Issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer or similar authority, the residence certificate proves that a person is a permanent resident of Bihar. It is routinely demanded for domicile-based quotas in government jobs, state-level admissions, scholarships and various welfare schemes. Renewals are uncommon, but family members each need their own copy — which is where saved profiles save the most time.
What autofill covers
- Applicant name in English and Hindi, date of birth, gender, mobile number
- Permanent address with district, block, police station, post office and PIN code
- Present address if different, and duration of residence at the address
- Father's and mother's names, and their residence details
- Identity proof selection (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.) with reference numbers
Caste Certificate
FREEजाति प्रमाण पत्र
The caste certificate records an applicant's caste category — Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Class — and is the basis for reservation benefits in education, employment and schemes. Because the application asks for a three-generation family chain, it is one of the longer RTPS forms.
What autofill covers
- Caste, sub-caste and category, spelled exactly as recorded in earlier documents
- Father's and grandfather's names and castes for the family chain
- Residence details and ration card linkage where the form asks for it
- Details of the previous caste certificate used as evidence, if any
- Contact fields, address history and document reference numbers
Income Certificate
FREEआय प्रमाण पत्र
The income certificate states the annual family income of the applicant and is required for post-matric scholarships, fee concessions, hostel admission and several subsidies. Since it is typically valid for a limited period, families reapply for it most often of all certificates — making it the clearest case for autofill.
What autofill covers
- Applicant identity and full address details
- Occupation, employer or business description and income heads
- Family income declaration fields, including parents' income where applicable
- Source documents such as salary slips or self-declarations referenced consistently
- All repeating contact fields across the multi-page application
Character Certificate
PREMIUMआचरण प्रमाण पत्र
A character certificate confirms that the applicant has no criminal proceedings pending and is of good conduct. Government job verifications, court matters and some academic admissions ask for it. The application repeats personal and residence information across several sections, which the extension completes from your profile.
What autofill covers
- Personal particulars repeated across sections of the form
- Address, period of residence and reference or referee details you have saved
- Past-employment or study references where the form requests them
- Identity document selection and reference numbers
NCL Certificate — Bihar and Central
PREMIUMअनारक्षित परत (नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर) प्रमाण पत्र
The Non-Creamy Layer certificate is required by OBC candidates for reservation in government jobs and admissions. Two formats exist: one issued under Bihar state rules and one under the Central list used for Union government posts. The forms differ, but your underlying details are the same — so one profile fills either version.

- Both the Bihar and Central variants of the application
- Parents' income declarations as required by the chosen format

- Constitutional references and post details where the Central format asks for them

EWS Certificate

The Economically Weaker Section certificate covers both family income and asset declarations — agricultural land, residential property and related thresholds — and is needed for EWS reservation. Its income and asset declaration blocks repeat information already present in your profile, which the extension writes in consistently.
