Yes. Residence, Caste and Income certificate services are free for everyone. The four additional services (Character, NCL Bihar, NCL Central and EWS) are included with a Premium plan.
Premium unlocks Character Certificate, NCL Bihar, NCL Central and EWS services with direct portal access from the extension, plus unlimited profile save and autofill on all seven services.
Monthly plan is ₹49 and Yearly plan is ₹199. You pay once for your chosen plan — there is no auto-renewal or recurring charge. Your plan is linked to your account, and you can renew it anytime before it expires.
You can pay securely using UPI, debit card, credit card, netbanking or wallets. Premium is activated automatically as soon as your payment is successful.
If your payment went through but Premium did not activate, contact support and we will fix your account or refund the amount. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.
Saved profiles stay in your own browser storage. The extension never uploads your form data anywhere. The website only stores your login account and Premium status — never your certificate details.
Yes. It works on serviceonline.bihar.gov.in (ServicePlus). OTP verification, captcha and final submission are always completed by you on the official portal — the extension only fills form fields.
First open the extension Settings and increase the Autofill Delay — slow internet often stops dropdown options from loading in time. If a field still stays empty, fill it manually and continue. The portal layout changes occasionally, and we update the extension to keep up.
