No. It is an independent browser extension built by private developers. It works on top of the official portal serviceonline.bihar.gov.in but has no connection to the Government of Bihar, and it plays no role in approving or issuing any certificate.

In your browser's local storage, on your own computer. Profiles are never uploaded. Only if you create a Premium account do we store your name, email and payment reference on our server — nothing about your caste, income, address or family.

No. It fills fields on the official form. You attach documents, pay any portal fee and press submit yourself. This keeps you in control and matches how the portal is designed to be used.

No tool can. Approval depends on the documents you attach and the decision of the RTPS authority. What the extension removes is the typing — not the verification process.

Chrome on desktop and laptop is the primary target, and it also works in Chromium-based browsers such as Edge and Brave. Firefox support is not available at present.

Autofill for Residence, Caste and Income certificates is free without any account. Premium unlocks Character Certificate, NCL Bihar, NCL Central and EWS, and costs Rs 49 for 30 days or Rs 199 for a year.

After you pay by UPI, you send us the transaction reference through the confirmation step on the website. We verify the payment and activate access on your account, usually within a few hours. The extension picks up the active status the next time you open it.

Yes, within a session limit. Signing in on your laptop and your phone at the same time is fine. Sessions expire on their own after a period of inactivity, and you can sign out everywhere from your account page.

The four premium services stop opening and your account shows the expiry date. Your saved profiles in the browser are untouched, and the free services keep working. You can renew from your account page whenever you want.

It writes exactly what you saved — including Devanagari text — into the matching fields. If the portal rephrases a label or adds a new field, that field is left blank for you to complete rather than guessed.

Clearing site data also clears locally stored profiles, which is why the export feature exists. If you have an exported file, import it back. Otherwise, save the form once more — the same few minutes as the first time.
