1. The short version

Form profiles you save in the extension never leave your browser. If you create a Premium account, we store your name, email address, a password hash and your payment reference — nothing else. We do not sell or share data with advertisers or any third party for marketing.

2. Data stored only on your device

When you use Save Form, the following stays in your browser's local storage:

• Personal particulars you entered into an RTPS form — name, date of birth, parents' details
• Address details including district, block, police station and PIN code
• Certificate-specific entries such as caste, income or asset declarations
• Document reference numbers you saved alongside the profile

This data is not transmitted to us or to any server. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently, which is why the export feature exists.

3. Data stored on our server

Only if you create a Premium account do we hold:

• Account details: your name, email address and a cryptographically hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Session records: an identifier for each active sign-in, used to honour the session limit and to let you sign out remotely.
• Subscription records: your plan, activation and expiry dates, the payment amount and the UTR or transaction reference you submitted.

4. Email verification messages

When you register or reset your password, we send a six-digit one-time code to your email address through an email delivery provider. The code is short-lived and exists only to confirm that the address belongs to you.

5. Payments

Premium is paid by UPI directly to our merchant account. Your bank or UPI app processes the payment; we never see card numbers, bank credentials or your UPI PIN. The reference number you share with us is used solely to verify the payment and activate your subscription.

6. How long we keep data

• Local profiles: until you delete them or clear browser data.
• Account and subscription records: for the life of the account, so renewals and receipts remain traceable.
• Operational audit records of administrative actions: retained for security and dispute resolution.

7. Your choices

• Delete profiles from the extension at any time.
• Sign out of all sessions from your account page.
• Request deletion of your Premium account; after removal, the same email can register afresh.

8. What we do not do

• No advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
• No sale, rental or sharing of personal data with third parties.
• No collection of form contents, browsing history or portal credentials.

9. Changes to this policy

If the policy changes materially, the updated date above changes with it and, where appropriate, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
