Refund and Cancellation Policy

Premium access is a digital service that starts working as soon as it is activated. This policy sets out honestly when a refund is possible and when it is not.

Last updated: January 2026

1. Nature of the product

A Premium subscription is a non-tangible digital service. Once payment is verified and access is activated on your account, the service is considered delivered and in use. Please review the pricing and the list of premium services before paying.

2. Payments pending verification

Between your payment and the activation of access, the subscription has not yet been delivered. If you change your mind in this window, contact us with your UTR reference before activation and the payment will be returned in full.

3. After activation

  • Payments are non-refundable once Premium access has been activated.
  • No pro-rata credit is offered for unused days of a period you choose not to use.
  • Paying without first installing the extension, or for a certificate you ultimately do not apply for, is not a ground for refund — please check compatibility first; the free services let you verify the extension works on your setup at no cost.

4. Service failure refunds

If a premium service is technically broken on a supported browser for a continuous period of more than seven days within your subscription, contact us. For a genuine fault on our side we will extend your subscription by the affected days or, if the service cannot be restored, refund the subscription on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period. This does not apply to issues caused by portal changes beyond our control being actively fixed, unsupported browsers or devices, or user error.

5. Duplicate or wrong payments

If you paid twice, or a payment was made but you did not request activation, contact us with the UTR references. Verified duplicates are refunded in full.

6. Cancellation of renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-charge. Each plan is a single upfront payment for a fixed period, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends on the expiry date shown in your account. Your browser profiles and the free services are unaffected.

7. How to request a refund

Write to us from the contact page with your account email, UTR reference and payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original UPI account, typically within five to seven working days.

8. Abuse

Access obtained or extended through chargeback abuse, shared credentials or false claims may be revoked without refund.
